Are there any examples of spicedb deployments in the wild?  We're modeling what our production deployment should look like, but I can't seem to find any good examples

AuthZed is hosting several in SpiceDB Dedicated and there are open-source SpiceDB users in production here. <@192894940240543745>  was recently verified as a production user 🙂

I was partially wondering what a geo-distributed spicedb implementation would look like - we can’t afford the $2k+/core cockroachdb licenses so we can likely only have data in a single region; I was hoping that we could be strategic about the calls we make to the api and not run into cross-ocean database latency constantly
