We have the following problem, if you concurrently add two packs of relationships, then the watch service enters an endless loop, constantly giving back the latest records. Hey @littleberk thanks for reporting, would you mind moving this to an issue in the spicedb repo? Could you also run this test with the various spicedb versions up til 1.19.1 to help narrow down where the problem was introduced?

ok I will move it to git also checked in version 1.17.0 works in 1.18.0 reproduced
