Not surprised.. So, sounds like if LR performance is important, I should have the app set a direct relationship between user-org. Out of curiosity, would check performance matter much if it's direct vs transitive relationship? Using the same 100 repo - 5 and just checking if user has access to an org. I assume no, but haven't tested it.
