Just a loose thought so-far: Anyone tried to use spicedb + caveats for low-latency use cases like e.g. yaml/json config validation inside a ci-pipeline so-far? Just thinking about this because there's https://www.conftest.dev/ I am evaluating for exactly the use case "check if the serviceconfig holds value(s) at field and fail if not as other values are not compliant to production deployments" and it just felt weird to look into/use rego for that when there are caveats now 😉
