What kind of scalability can we expect with SpiceDB on PostgreSQL? I'm wondering if it can handle ~millions of rows. We currently have a home-grown authz system, which works okay given the relatively low cardinality of relationships we have, and we are considering Zanzibar implementations as they seem like they are much more expressive (especially handling things like inheritance and group/organization membership relationships)
