Hello, we cannot see the postgresDB tracing from the OTEL trace monitoring tool
Even though we have ```ConfigureOTELTracer(pgxConfig.ConnConfig)``` inside of the code 
Are there additional configurations required before this starts showing up?

I think it may related to the sampling ratio, but definitely make sure you are running the right version

Sampling ratio is an env variable. I'm out of office now, I can add a reminder to share on Monday
