I don't have a record of it happening, but I'm trying to get to the bottom infrequent failed dual writes. We successfully write to our database when the corresponding write to authzed is missing (as well as a nil zedtoken stored in our DB). The only way I can see that path happening right now is that we're getting a resonse back without an error from authzed, but I might be missing a path. I'll keep digging if its not possible.
