I have a document permissions scenario, the document itself has an attribute that indicates the level of confidentiality: external public, internal public, confidential, I want the external public document can be directly viewed, and it may change the level of confidentiality at any time, the corresponding permissions have to be changed, if i put this into the caveat, the change of the level of confidentiality needs to be updated with all the existing relations
