We're looking into SpiceDB and I'm having some trouble finding documentation on how to handle breaking schema-changes and general schema evolution, do you know where to find that kind of information? It's briefly mentioned here https://authzed.com/docs/spicedb/updating but says specifically that incompatible schema updates are not expanded upon in that section
