I've recently enabled the opentelemetry instrumentation on one of our spicedb deployments, and I've noticed that when checking permissions,

dispatch.v1.DispatchService/DispatchCheck

Can be pretty slow. 40-60ms on a pretty small database. It feels high to me, is this amount of latency considered normal?
