Yes in theory as records come in, we could create or update tuples. It's unlikely that we would need to update, but it could be done. The volume is very large though so if there are 200+ records per API call we would probably be bottlenecked on the individual tuple creation/update. It would be much simpler to use a caveat since we could just pass the relevant identifier(s) without storing them in spicedb.
