Umm.. an ECS cluster is just a grouping of ECS services. Instances of SpiceDB run as tasks in a service. The instances of SpiceDB within the service dispatch to each other. You can have as many or few tasks as you want. If you only plan to run a single task and never scale then you don't need to worry about setting up dispatch
