"better" depends heavily on what your dataset looks like and what consistency you require. however, in general: OPA's defaults do not ensure that you won't evaluate against stale data, which is a key guarantee of a Zanzibar-like system. Furthermore, since caching is built in and automatically handled by SpiceDB, you get the benefits of automatic caching and scaling, which OPA (AFAIK) does not provide
