is there any way to get the binary to log more information about the otel configuration? i've provided configuration for an otlpgrpc provider but i don't see anything in the logs, whereas based on the source of cobrautil i should see a log with

"new provider": "otlpgrpc"

. i'm guessing it's not configured properly and failing somehow but i don't have any information on what is wrong
