Alright, it seems to be coming from this new "lookup slow path". I've seen this slow path appear in logs shortly before OOM (very anecdotal evidence), the memory dumps tend to point at lookups, and the TupleQuerySplitter appears too (still pretty anecdotal). To confirm this I downgraded to SpiceDB v1.4.0, and the problem disappeared
