Is it worthwhile trying SpiceDB with Vitess? It may be the only deployment option at my company. I noticed it that Vitess was listed in the MySQL support announcement. However, I noticed that the MySQL docs specify that read replicas are not supported. I'm new to Vitess personally, so I'm not sure how that statement applies. I know GitHub uses Vitess internally and authored the MySQL module.
