Hello dear internet 🙂 I have a question. So we are trying to find an integration method for spicedb into our environment. It is a service which mostly is involved in most data transactions. The challenging part, is where we have to keep it in sync with the relations in the system. What would be the best practice, synchronous or asynchronous to keep spicedb in sync, regarding of creating new relations or removing existing onces when a CRUD happens on some entities?
