Hi folks, we're setting up SpiceDB with Postgres as the datastore. We want to set up a CDC system with Debezium for the

relation_tuple

table, which requires that the replication identity of the table is set to Index rather than Default. Are there any concerns with updating the replication identity of the table? It looks like Default and Index will behave the same way if we set the index as the primary key of the table, but I wanted to check if there are any other implications I may not be aware of.
