Hi I'm trying to get a sense of the amount of work required to implement this [Github issue](https://github.com/authzed/spicedb-operator/issues/259) - looks like it might be best implemented similar to the Secret Adopter etc. logic in the operator. I'm wondering if I might be able to sync up with someone familiar with the operator code to get a few code pointers to jumpstart exploration/development.
