Thanks @Joey. Just to make sure I'm clear on how the API works - when I use ImportBulkRelationships and I have multiple ImportBulkRelationshipsRequests, is each ImportBulkRelationshipsRequest a separate transaction? Or are all of the requests combined into one transaction?
