Hi folks! We're running a SpiceDB cluster managed by the operator, and we recently saw some error logs on the spicedb-cluster pods:

kuberesolver: lookup endpoints failed: invalid response code 429 for service spicedb-cluster

. Does this mean that the service was throttling requests? Our system saw a drop in availability at the time so we want to figure out how to prevent this from happening again.
