That error message is from the kube-apiserver to spicedb, throttling the request for `endpoints` for the service. What version of kube are you on? Depending on how you're running you may be able to increase the priority of these requests so that kube doesn't throttle.

Do you know what might cause more frequent endpoint lookups? We didn't see a spike in traffic around that time
