Hello Guys. I am trying to work on some monitoring related feature around spiceDB. I wanted to know what kind of status, health or info API endpoints does spiceDB have and also the spiceDB operator. I am particularly interested in getting the current version from either spiceDB itself or the operator via API. Thank you!
