The part which I don't understand is what is special about the transaction table vs the relation_tuples table. SpiceDB is writing data to both the tables the same amount of data and the nodes handling both is the same but relation_tuples is orders of magnitude faster. Is there a read involved in the transactions table which makes it slower?
