Does the --enable-experimental-watchable-schema-cache flag only apply to access checks? If so, what would be the optimal --datastore-schema-watch-heartbeat value to set when schema changes are rare, and is there anything else that needs to be configured? I'm using PostgreSQL as the datastore.
