Hi , I am looking for any resources pointing to handle schema migration in spicedb when using spicedb as a container with Postgres. We have been using zed import but we are facing some issues with new schema changes we have. Is spicedb migrate head is the way to go for handling migrations ? How to pass schema in while runnign spicedb migrate ?
