Hi all! I'm evaluating using SpiceDB in a product i manage. I have been playing around with it for a couple of days and it seems like a great fit. After learning the schema and basic concepts, migrating our main workloads in a proof of concept took only a few hours. There is though one feature I would like to understand better before we go ahead. I believe that we would eventually need support for something similar as a Leopard index to facilitate search. As the article https://authzed.com/docs/authzed/concepts/authzed-materialize#watchpermissionsets explains, the watch api is in early access. Will this eventually be part of the open source version or a paid feature restricted to authzed hosted instances?
