For https://github.com/authzed/spicedb/blob/main/go.mod#L5-L8, (cel-go fork) - do you also have a ticket that contains more details on how and when this is going to be resolved. I think a ticket would be better that the comment

it likely won't be; we'll likely just keep moving it "in sync" with newer versions of CEL as we decide to pull them in

Thanks, not an issue, but needs an extra quirks handling for the bazel build system. Luckily there is a public registry, so after we up streamed those, everyone else won't need to figure it again.
