Hello Guys. I am running spiceDb with postgres and I am wondering if there is a mode to keep the application "healthy" on a DB outage / migration for checks. I am aware of the consistency flags, but if the memory doesn't fail me, at least on the earliest versions even with the flag "favour" latency spiceDb always relied on the DB being up and running.
