5. The docs for caveats point to https://github.com/google/cel-spec/blob/master/doc/langdef.md for info on the CEL language used. I can't see any info in there about an ip_address type, but the examples use the in_cidr function. Have you enriched the CEL? Where can I find docs of other such extensions? or am I failing to read the docs properly?
