hi folks, looking for some relationship advice 😉 if I have a relationship,

document:firstdoc#owner@user:tom

and I want to replace the owner so that the relationship is now

document:firstdoc#owner@user:mark

, what's the correct way to do that using the v1 API? Additionally, is there a way to enforce that there can only be one owner on a document in spicedb?
