Around 10m relations. We are using the spicedb operator. The span is the "select" one. I assumed this included both waiting for a connection and doing the request. Is there a way to tell? We tried to scale up the database, and it did improve performance, but only after we reached 50 acus, which seems like a crazy high number for the load we are generating
